The current owner informs us that this 1987 Zimmer Golden Spirit Coupe has been enjoyed by two different lifetime owners and it’s been on the road for most of its 31 year life.  Inspired by German engineering of the 1920’s and 1930’s, the Zimmer is a hand-built luxury sedan created on a Mustang chassis and heavily modified from the frame up to create this stunning vehicle.  Each example took almost six weeks for the Zimmer team to build back in the mid 80’s and they remain highly desirable to collectors today.

This particular 1987 Zimmer Golden Spirit Coupe looks great in person with only minimal levels of wear and tear to the exterior.  There are a few minor blemishes to be found and most would consider this a high-end driver and an excellent candidate for a complete restoration.  From what we can see, this one appears to be almost completely original throughout with the factory correct drivetrain, original chrome work and all of the factory interior pieces.  Everything works as well and this desirable classic has excellent performance on the open road.
