New to our Pleasanton showroom is this highly impressive 1970 Volkswagen Pro Sand Rail Buggy, which was custom built in 2012 as a prototype of a future military vehicle. Military spending was cut on the project though so this is only vehicle of its kind. It features a Performance 6.2L LS3 V-8 engine under the hood with a 4-speed manual transmission, four wheel disk brakes and power steering, making this essentially a street-legal race car thats capable of 0-60 speeds in under 3 seconds. With only 622 lifetime miles, it is essentially a brand new off road sports car as well.
