Gorgeous 1967 Austin Healey 3000 Mark III BJ8 Phase II Convertible

New to our Redwood City showroom is this impressive 1967 Austin Healey 3000 Mark III BJ8 Phase II 2 Door Convertible with Platinum and Burgundy exterior paint and a black interior. It features a 2492cc, six-cylinder engine under the hood with a 4-speed manual transmission, plus this one is nicely equipped with power front disc brakes, a soft top, premium wheels and the factory radio. It is well above the typical driver standard as well and this is a gorgeous sports car.

Completely Restored in Early 1990s

This 1967 Austin Healey 3000 Mark III BJ8 Phase II Convertible is a two-owner vehicle that was acquired by the current owner back in 1974 from Adams-Whitebone on Van Ness in San Francisco. It has remained in Mountain View, California since that time, so this is a true lifetime CA classic that really looks good in person. The two-tone paint really makes it stand out and the Robins top and the knockoff wheels complete this one perfectly.

Additionally, this 1967 Austin Healey 3000 was completely overhauled in the early 90s, which included restoring the entire drivetrain and the shocks. It also received new paint and a restored interior in the late 80s as well, plus it has received additions like an upgraded metal glove box, an aluminum gas tank and newer wheels/tires. While this one definitely shows some signs of aging since the majority of the restoration work was completed, it has a beautiful patina and still runs strong.
