Immaculate 1963 1/2 Ford Galaxie 500 XL Hardtop

Up for sale today is this 1963 1/2 Ford Galaxie 500 XL two door hardtop withWimbledon White paint, a Sandy Gold top and a matching gold interior. It is powered by a 390 CI V-8 punched out to a 428 CI engine under the hood (390 HP) with a C6 automatic transmission and this muscle car came nicely equipped from the factory. Overall, this vehicle is in incredible condition inside and out, plus it really performs well out on the California coastline.

Serviced by Same Mechanic throughout its Life

This 1963 1/2 Ford Galaxie 500 XL was originally purchased in Portland, Oregon and it was maintained exclusively by that dealership's service manager. A number of years later when the first owner decided to sell it, the service manager purchased it and he's driven it up until a few years ago. So even though this beauty has officially had three owners, the same Ford certified mechanic has maintained it almost its entire life.

In terms of condition, this 1963 1/2 Ford Galaxie 500 XL is simply a gorgeous vehicle inside and out. It's been garaged its entire life so the paint looks excellent, as does the interior, the engine compartment and the trunk. Mechanically, both the engine and the transmission were rebuilt approximately 2,500 miles ago so it drives beautifully with excellent acceleration and handling.
