The current owner informs us that this 1951 GMC 5 Window 2 Door Pickup took possession last year as the 3rd lifetime owner and he informs us that virtually every aspect of the drivetrain has been upgraded or replaced since taking ownership.  With a mere 8k total miles on the ’91 Chevy S10 frame, this pickup drives like a modern sports truck with the handling and reliability you’d expect from a build of this caliber.  The drivetrain also has an exceptional power to torque ratio and it really moves when prompted- the quality of this build cannot be understated.
