2008 Ford Mustang V8 GT 2 Door Coupe

Steve McQueen would love the newly styled Mustang Bullitt.

Unlike most Mustangs you see on the road, this is actually a bit subdued in appearance...you won't see the usual "GT" badges or a rear wing on the deck lid. You will see a very unique black mesh grille up front, stainless steal exhaust tips from the rear and a very cool "Bullitt" emblem on the faux fuel filler door between the taillights. Inside, you'll sit in a driver's seat normally installed in the GT500, plus an interior that looks much more expensive than the car actually is. Outfitted in movie-persona Highland Green, it sports a slightly beefed up version of its 4.6L SOHC three-valve-per-cylinder V8, allowing it to push out another 15 horsepower. Its redline is also a bit higher, at 6,500 rpm as opposed to the 6250 in the "regular version". And speaking of regular, dual-knock technology allows this car to run optimally with either regular or premium fuel....though the torque curve is a bit more strong when you do run it with the good stuff.

The Tremec five-speed manual transmission and 8.8-inch rear end along with a short set of 3.73:1 gears allows you to feel as though you're driving a car that is much more powerful and muscular than the spec sheet would show.

And a zero-to-60 time in 5.2 seconds will impress most anybody, particularly if they knew how much you spent to get that sort of speed!
