Phase 1

During the first Phase of production an exact replica chassis is built using plans from an original production car. The chassis is constructed from mild steel tubing reinforced with steel sheets cut with laser precision on a CNC machine. All welding is done with a tig welder. Lasers are used to hold the chassis in allignment during the fabrication phase. Running gear is mostly GM, therefore maintenance is much less than a real Lamborghini and you can buy your parts at local auto stores which makes this car affordable and easy to enjoy.

Phase 2

During the second phase of production all wiring, brake lines and accessories are installed. The engine and transaxle are completed and installed at this time along with fuel system, brakes, engine ECU harness, exahust system and steering. Hundreds of individual operations are performed to bring this phase together. By the time the body is ready to go on the chassis most individual items have been fitted and installed.

Phase 3

Final phase of production includes preparation for paint. This is a lengthy process requiring detailed bodywork and final adjustments to assure the fiberglass is straight and smooth. Paint is applied in a professional spray booth and final assembly begins with all interior items such as carpet, instruments, dash, door panels, seats and headliners being installed. All doors, glass, decks, lights and grills are re-installed at this time. The car is then driven for several weeks and adjustments, leak checks and evaluations are performed. The result is a very reliable, exotic motorcar that can be enjoyed for years to come.
