Powered by its 192hp / 2,295cc In-line 4-cylinder engine which provides more than enough power and torque for this relatively light car with a 5-speed manual transmission for increased gas mileage. Externally, the M3 clearly signaled its performance intentions. Whereas the later M3 models had subtle styling touches to differentiate it from a base 3-Series, this M3 has large fender flares and a racer wing. The rear-wheel-drive setup makes it an ideal driver's car both on and off the track, and there is even a back seat and decent trunk space. Only a limited number of cars were produced making this a rare affordable driver.
