We want to provide an update to our most valued customers regarding the current situation with COVID-19.
With the shelter in place order in effect, we have closed all three showrooms to the public. However, we have ensured all of our sales staff are able perform their jobs from home to the fullest extent. For any inquiries of any vehicle offered for sale or potential consignment, please contact the showroom you would like to reach, and our staff will be more than able to help with any information or details you require.
With our showrooms closed to the public we are adhering to a strict appointment only policy for anyone who may need to look at a vehicle or potentially consign one on site. We want to minimize as much contact, so we ask that you please commit to an appointment and that you are serious about looking at a car. Beautifully Cared For 1968 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible
New to our Fairfield showroom is this highly desirable 1968 Chevrolet Corvette 2 Door Convertible with yellow exterior paint, a black soft top and a black leather interior. Under the hood you’ll find a big 396 cid V-8 engine matched with a four-speed manual transmission, plus this classic has been upgraded to four wheel power disc brakes, a modern sound system and premium wheels. This is easily one of the nicer examples we’ve seen in quite some time for this sought after model, and it’s priced to find a new home quickly.
Blazing Performance & Great Curb Appeal
The current owner of this 1968 Chevrolet Corvette Roadster purchased it way back in 1992 and he informs us that he’s had it on the road practically ever since as a weekend driver. This beautiful classic is an older restoration with a big 375 horsepower engine at its center, giving it excellent power and simply a great feel on the open road. Additionally, the current owner has gone above and beyond babying this beauty to keep it at top performance. It is ready to enjoy right away.
Additionally, the flowing body lines on this 1968 Chevrolet Corvette appear to line up nicely and the custom yellow paint looks good. The interior does show minimal signs of wear but nothing to detract from this one’s overall beauty and curb appeal- you’d have no problem showing this one off at local meet-ups and shows. It’s about as complete of an example as we’ve seen in a long while.
Been With the Current Owner 20+ Years
Overall, this 1968 Chevrolet Corvette 2 Door Convertible is a beautiful investment-grade classic sports car that would put a good number of modern examples to shame. This one has to be seen in person to truly appreciate because it has off the charts curb appeal and exceptional performance. There’s simply no way that it lasts long at this asking price.
