We want to provide an update to our most valued customers regarding the current situation with COVID-19.
With the shelter in place order in effect, we have closed all three showrooms to the public. However, we have ensured all of our sales staff are able perform their jobs from home to the fullest extent. For any inquiries of any vehicle offered for sale or potential consignment, please contact the showroom you would like to reach, and our staff will be more than able to help with any information or details you require.
With our showrooms closed to the public we are adhering to a strict appointment only policy for anyone who may need to look at a vehicle or potentially consign one on site. We want to minimize as much contact, so we ask that you please commit to an appointment and that you are serious about looking at a car. If you are wanting to consign a vehicle, we ask that you send us as much information over the phone and email so we can evaluate your vehicle before you bring it down to one of our locations. You will find all relevant contact information on this email so feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

Very Impressive 1968 Chevrolet C10 Fleetside LWB Pickup
The next amazing classic up for grabs in our Fairfield showroom is this gorgeous 1968 Chevrolet C10 1/2 Ton Fleetside Long Wheelbase 2 Door Pickup with white exterior paint and a beige vinyl interior. This fresh ly built truck features a GM 305 cid V-8 engine under the hood with dual exhaust and a GM automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, plus a modern stereo with 6x9 door speakers. This is a very impressive build overall and it would be a great starter truck for any classic enthusiast or local Bay Area business that’s now delivering to customers.
Very Tastefully Restored with Modern Performance
The current owner of this 1968 Chevrolet C10 Fleetside LWB Pickup took possession a few years ago and decided to turn this classic into something truly special. He started with smoothing the body and adding new paint across the exterior, plus reconditioning the engine compartment and underbody to make this a true show-quality example. The interior received new upholstery, carpeting and a chrome steering column, plus the aforementioned stereo and speakers. The rear bed was sprayed as well, and this pickup only shows the slightest of imperfections inside and out.
Additionally, this 1968 Chevrolet C10 1/2 Ton Fleetside Pickup offers very good performance on the open road with nice acceleration and handling. It starts easily and offers the reliability of a more modernized pickup, without sacrificing the excellent classic curb appeal. This is simply a well-built example that will appeal to a wide variety of collectors due to the overall condition.
An Excellent Value at the Current Asking Price
Overall, this 1968 Chevrolet C10 Fleetside LWB Pickup offers a tremendous value for a full-size classic pickup that drives like a much newer model. Given all the recent upgrades and the tremendous curb appeal, this example will find a new home quickly and likely remain on the road- whether it’s a weekend driver for local shows or simply driven daily. Legal Disclosures: Specialty Sales Classics has advertised and sold thousands of classic cars since our founding in 1978. We strongly encourage any and all buyers who are unable to view the vehicle in-person to perform a Pre-Purchase Inspection (by an independent party of their choosing) prior to the purchase. Given the age of many of our vehicles, it is extremely difficult to adequately describe all aspects of each vehicles condition in the limited space available and we have learned that these Pre-Purchase Inspections are helpful to all parties involved.
