Truly Incredible 1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible

The next amazing classic up for grabs in our Fairfield showroom is this gorgeous 1967 Pontiac GTO 2 Door Convertible with black exterior paint, a black soft top and a matching black vinyl interior.  You’ll find a 400 cid V-8 engine under the hood that’s paired to an automatic transmission, and this desirable muscle car is very nicely equipped with Vintage A/C, power front disc brakes, power steering, a power top, American Racing wheels and so much more. This highly desirable 1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible also includes PHS documentation. 

A PHS Documented 242 GTO Convertible

The current family of this 1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible acquired it back in 2010 and they informed us that it originally sold in California.  Unfortunately, we do not have much documentation on file to show it’s life story, but the current ownership has certified this beautiful example with PHS Documentation.  We can tell you that it has been cared for at very high levels over the past two decades and kept largely stock/original outside the Vintage A/C, the upgraded wheels and the European Cloth Soft Top featuring a glass back window . The performance is also excellent all around with strong acceleration, braking and cornering on the open road.

In terms of condition, this 1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible has very straight body lines and a high gloss to the exterior paint.  There are a few very minor imperfections but overall the paint, chrome and trim are all in excellent shape.  Meanwhile, the interior and trunk areas very close to new in appearance with no discernable blemish to be found.  The engine bay is also super clean and stock in appearance, so this desirable muscle car needs nothing to be enjoyed right away by the next owner. We are also including the original 14" Rally Wheels with the sale.
