Rare & Ultra-Desirable 1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible

New to our Fairfield showroom is this rare and desirable 1967 Pontiac GTO 2 Door Convertible with white exterior paint and a black vinyl interior. It features the factory 400 cid V-8 engine under the hood with the correct 3-speed turbo hydra matic transmission and factory Hurst dual gate floor shifter, along with power front disc brakes, power steering, a power soft top, air conditioning, the factory radio with rare power antennae option and even rarer power drivers seat. This amazing survivor is in show-quality condition as well and it must be seen in person to truly appreciate.

The current owner of this 1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible acquired it back in 2005 and he informs us that this is a well-documented, 400 cubic inch V-8 example that came equipped with the rare factory Hurst Dual Gate “his and her” automatic floor shifter with the 3-speed Turbo Hydra matic automatic transmission. Of the 9,517 convertibles produced that year, less than 1 in 10 had this configuration. It is unknown how many examples still exist but many collectors believe it to be less than 50.

Additionally, this 1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible is in outstanding overall condition with show quality paint, a flawless exterior, like-new interior seating and a spotless engine compartment. It appears that this one is highly original as well with the correct drivetrain still in place and many of the original accessories.
