1966 Volkswagen Beetle 2 Door Sedan

Treated to a complete nut and bolt restoration in 2009 with the removal of the pan, this 1966 Volkswagen Beetle is in excellent condition. Restored by the current owner with the assistance of Bugformance in Sunnyvale, CA this Beetle has been inspected and classified by CA DMV as a Classic Restoration Vehicle. After the restoration the odometer was tuned back to "0" under DMV's authorization to show the true mileage since the work was completed. Powered by a 1600cc dual carbureted engine this Volkswagen has improved power over the stock 1300cc engine making it capable of being driven in modern day traffic without struggle. Equipped with an upgraded heavy duty 4 speed manual transmission and a 12 volt conversion there is little left to change on this VW.

The body of this VW is original but has been refurbished refinished with primer and white paint, which was the original color of the car. All of the door and window seals are new, along with freshly re-chromed bumpers, and a completely new interior. The original interior was red but has now been completely redone in white with original materials and the addition of new two-point seat belts. The suspension and brakes have also been overhauled and fitted with new components, leaving this VW Beetle in impeccable condition.
