This plum 1966 Galaxie is like no other, first off the recently installed 390 has quite the gallop. The car sounds great with the mild cam and full flowing exhaust making for a mean sounding beast when the throttle cable is given any sort of tug to open up that Holly 750 Double pumper. The rear end is an open ford 9" with 3.08's, which match up perfectly with the 5-speed TKO transmission. The newly installed performance hydraulic clutch takes a bit of pressure to get to the floor but its built to last and built to hold the power of the built up 390** . Almost Everything works on the car including all electrical, the only thing not working on this car is a classic clock. The interior is very nice and looks new. The door panels are straight and fit as the originals would, the seats have been redone and have no tears or cracks. The headliner looks to be redone and the dash looks immaculate. The weather stripping appears to be all new creating a tight seal. And the stainless all looks great! This car is a real street machine that you can take to shows and is ready to hit the highway.
