We want to provide an update to our most valued customers regarding the current situation with COVID-19.
With the shelter in place order in effect, we have closed all three showrooms to the public. However, we have ensured all of our sales staff are able perform their jobs from home to the fullest extent. For any inquiries of any vehicle offered for sale or potential consignment, please contact the showroom you would like to reach, and our staff will be more than able to help with any information or details you require.

New to our Pleasanton showroom is this highly impressive, 1965 Ford Thunderbird 2 Door Coupe with white exterior paint and a spectacular factory white leather interior. This outstanding show-stopper features a factory correct 390 cid V-8 engine under the hood and automatic transmission, plus impossible to find factory upgrades such as power windows, mirrors and seats, power front disc brakes and the original factory radio. This incredible classic T-Bird has been driven a mere 390 total miles since being restored and it verges on perfection throughout.
A nice Restoration in 2015
We know quite a bit about this 1965 Ford Thunderbird Coupe since the current owner purchased it from us back in 2016. He is the 3rd to officially own it and we know that it underwent a restoration in 2015. The interior is particularly impressive with like-new carpeting, truly flawless leather seats, plus a gorgeous instrument cluster and enter console.
Additionally, this 1965 Ford Thunderbird Coupe still drives like a brand new classic while turning heads just about anywhere it goes. The acceleration is instant and this beautiful roadster hugs the road like a glove. The stopping power is also well above average for a factory-correct example, meaning that you can take full advantage of the estimated 300 horsepower and 400 ft./lbs. of torque from the naturally aspirated 390 V-8 motor. This example is a true pleasure to drive and it belongs in a prestigious collection.

Legal Disclosures: Specialty Sales Classics has advertised and sold thousands of classic cars since our founding in 1978. We strongly encourage any and all buyers who are unable to view the vehicle in-person to perform a Pre-Purchase Inspection (by an independent party of their choosing) prior to the purchase. Given the age of many of our vehicles, it is extremely difficult to adequately describe all aspects of each vehicles condition in the limited space available and we have learned that these Pre-Purchase Inspections are helpful to all parties involved.
