Beautiful 1964 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Sport Coupe Hardtop

New to our Benicia showroom is this beautiful 1964 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Sport Coupe 2 Door hardtop with red exterior paint and a black vinyl interior.  You’ll find a 355 cid V-8 engine under the hood with a four-speed manual transmission.  This fantastic muscle car is in tremendous condition both inside and out.  This high end driver is lightning fast on the open road as well. You have to see it in person to truly appreciate the overall value at this price point.

Restored Back in December of 2014

The current owner of this 1964 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Sport Coupe hardtop took possession back in 1980 as the second lifetime owner and he informs us that it was originally sold in San Jose, California.  He purchased it as a show car but almost immediately decided that he would transition it into a performance vehicle, which was a process that lasted for nearly a decade.  It was eventually converted back to a street rod and has remained that way ever since. 

This lifetime California classic also has receipts showing proper service and maintenance. The current owner informs us that this muscle car was restored back in late 2014. It’s been driven approximately 300 miles since that time.  It starts easily and this classic drives like a dream with very nice acceleration and handling.

Additionally, this 1964 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Sport Coupe shows only minor levels of wear to the straight body and exterior paint.  You will find a few insignificant blemishes but otherwise this classic has a exceptional finish and excellent trim. The interior is equally impressive as well with factory gauges, very light patina on the seating and a super clean engine compartment.  This classic muscle car is easily nice enough to show locally or it can be enjoyed as a weekend or daily driver.
