This sparkling metallic red Bel Air is sure to grab your attention and bring you back to that era.It began its life as a 210 but a few years back, it was treated to a full frame off, rotisserie restoration and many performance upgrades were added at the time. The nice thing about this car is that despite the upgrades, the exterior remains true to its heritage.
It sports a period-correct 283 motor with added aluminum intake and 4 barrel carb for extra punch. Also added was a ram-horn manifold. The transmission is a 5-speed Tremec with Hurst floor shifter. On the suspension, you have power rack and pinion steering, power front disc brakes, and a Mustang II from suspension with coil-over springs.Long story short, this car was built to drive on todays roads safely and confidently.
The interior looks just as good as the exterior and from the floor to ceiling, everything is brand new and restored to stock.
You may think it looks great in the pictures, but once you see how this deep metallic red glows in the sun, this 57 will be even harder to resist. If you are looking for a Bel Air that you can drive anywhere which still has a stock look, then give this one a shot.
1957 ChevroletBel Airsare among the most recognizable American cars of all time. Roomy, fuel-efficient, and with tastefully restrained use of tail fins and chrome, they are seen by many as vastly superior to the oversized and over-decorated full-size models that would roll out of Detroit for the next 20 years.Be it someone who grew up when these roamed American roads, or someone born in the latter half of this century, there are not many people who do not recognize this icon.
Because of this, a Bel Air is one of the most solid automotive investments that you can make today. Not to mention, this is an investment you can enjoy cruising every weekend!
