Exceptionally Rare 1957 Chrysler 300C Hardtop

The next amazing classic up for grabs in our Fairfield showroom is this gorgeous 1957 Chrysler 300C 2 Door Hardtop with Jet Black exterior paint and its factory-correct beige leather interior.  You’ll find the legendary, ultra-desirable 392 cid dual-quad Hemi V-8 under the hood with the matching automatic transmission and this classic came optioned from the factory with power brakes, power steering, power bench seating and more. 

This incredible 1957 Chrysler 300C Hardtop is in tremendous condition as well with a mere 449 miles on the odometer since an extensive rotisserie restoration several years ago.

Powered by the Legendary 392 Dual Quad Hemi V-8

The current owner of this 1957 Chrysler 300C Hardtop has enjoyed it since 2018 and he informs us that it’s been fully restored back to factory condition at the highest possible levels.  Serious collectors will know the Chrysler 300-C as America’s highest performing automobile back in the mid-50’s as it was hand built and modeled after the 300B NASCAR version.  Before its launch over 60 years ago, this model set speed records at Chelsea Proving Grounds, the Flying Mile in Daytona and other events to make it one of the most desirable low production vehicles of the decade.

This particular 1957 Chrysler 300C Hardtop is one of a handful still known to be in existence with the factory correct drivetrain and extensive original accessories.  This example drives excellent to this day with great acceleration, fantastic handling and everything you’d look for in a premium example- the ride quality and performance are truly second to none.

In terms of present condition, we searched high and low for flaws on this 1957 Chrysler 300C Hardtop and essentially came up empty.  There is a slight scratch on the roofline but otherwise, the body is laser straight and each panel is aligned perfectly all the way around.  The paint work is excellent and so it the chrome, trim work, badging, glass and wheels- this example is truly “calendar ready” since it shows so well in person.  The leather interior is new in appearance as well so this one is ready to be driven and shown off immediately.
