Nicely Cared For 1987 Mercedes Benz 560SEC Coupe

New to our Pleasanton showroom is this exceptional 1987 Mercedes Benz 560SEC 2 Door Coupe with grey exterior paint and a tan leather interior.  It features the factory 338 cid V-8 engine under the hood with the numbers-matching automatic transmission, plus it’s very nicely equipped from the factory as well.  Although this classic is thirty years old and been on the road its entire lifetime, this one is still exceptional throughout in just about every possible way.

Almost Completely Original & Beautifully Maintained

This 1987 Mercedes Benz 560SEC Coupe has been with three owners across its lifetime and with the current owner since 1994.  The factory drivetrain is still in place and running smoothly; there’s little doubt that this one has been very nicely cared for over the years.  In fact, it appears completely original from what we can see and this beauty has aged nicely with only the slightest signs of wear visible anywhere.  Many would believe that this one could pass for a brand new classic.

In terms of performance, this 1987 Mercedes Benz 560SEC Coupe performs much like a brand new luxury sedan with world-class handling, nice acceleration and a very smooth overall ride quality.  The mechanicals are ultra-clean throughout as well so it’s almost hard to understand how the odometer shows 112k miles.  That’s really the only downside to this otherwise exemplary classic- we don’t know much of its history prior to 1994.
