New to our Pleasanton showroom is this gorgeous 1967 Kaiser Jeep CJ5 Universal 2 Door SUV with green exterior paint and a black vinyl interior. It features a 225 cid six-cylinder engine under the hood with a 3-speed manual transmission, both of which have been completely rebuilt within the last 500 miles. This amazing off-road cruiser is well equipped with new parts/components all the way around as well and it could almost pass for a brand new classic vehicle.

Complete Nut & Bolt Restoration in July of 2014

The current owner of this 1967 Kaiser Jeep CJ5 Universal acquired it in 2013 and didn’t wait long before stripping this one down to bare metal and rebuilding it one component at a time. As you can see from the photographs, this classic Jeep has been restored to a very high level throughout with fresh paint (including undercoating), new wheels/tires, new upholstery, a complete overhaul of the engine compartment and a rebuilt suspension and braking system. The result is a vehicle that is in like-new condition throughout and it drives excellent.
