Beautifully Restored 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe

New to our Fairfield showroom is this beautifully restored 1965 Ford Mustang 2 Door Coupe with red exterior paint and a black interior. It is a Factory "A" code muscle car it has a 289 CI V-8 engine under the hood with a 4-speed manual transmission, 380 gears, a Posi rear end and traction bars. It also has high performance cam roller rocker lifters, port matched heads and intake manifolds, an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, a Holley 650 double pumper carb, a Flowmaster dual exhaust and too many other upgrades to list.

Extensive Engine and Performance Upgrades

This 1965 Ford Mustang was restored back in 1995 to very high standards and it has only been driven approximately 1500 miles since that time. While it does show some slight signs of aging, this one is incredibly impressive up close and it is an outstanding everyday driver. With great power/torque, a sweet growl from the engine and very nice traction, it is simply a pleasure to drive around the Bay Area in.

Additionally, this ’65 Mustang Coupe is a lifetime California classic that has both the black and yellow plates included in the sale. It also has Centerline aluminum wheels with brand new tires, the original factory AM/FM radio and a completely clean original dash with no cutouts for optional upgrades. This is simply a very well preserved classic that delivers exceptional performance.
