Freshly Restored 1959 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible

New to our Fairfield showroom is this exceptional 1959 Chevrolet Corvette 2 Door Convertible with Ferrari Red exterior paint and a matching red/black interior. It features a freshly installed 350 cid ZZ4 V-8 crate engine (355HP) and a 4-speed manual transmission, plus it’s been upgraded to front disc brakes. This one is incredible with new parts all-around including a powder-coated frame and over $10,000 in paint work, and there’s less than 10,000 miles on the entire build as well.

Incredible Three Year Build Completed in April 2015

The current owner of this 1959 Chevrolet Corvette Roadster purchased it all the way back in 1985 and he has enjoyed it throughout his ownership. He decided back in 2012 that this example deserved to be something truly special, and what followed was a three-year, nut and bolt restoration where this one was gone through with a fine-toothed comb. There is no telling how much was invested in this no expense spared restoration, but it is plainly obvious that you’re now looking at one of the finest examples nationwide.

Additionally, this 1959 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible comes with an information binder documenting the project, plus manuals, a car cover and most of the build/maintenance receipts from the past few decades. This beauty is absolutely flawless in person as well with perfectly aligned body panels, gleaming chrome work, a spotless engine compartment and an exceptional interior. The only thing we see lacking is that the factory clock does not appear to work, although the owner says that it was not wired.

Everything besides the upgraded engine is factory-correct, however, and this one must be seen in person to truly appreciate!
