Race prepared 1972 Austin Healey Sprite. Purchased 5 years ago from the previous owner this Austin Healey was raced for 5 seasons before undergoing a full restoration by the current owner. Restoration was completed 2 years ago with the entire car being dismantled and completely rebuilt with nearly every part of the car powdercoated or painted. Powered by a Huffaker 1275cc race engine with just two races of use, this 130+ horsepower engine is good for another 8-10 races. Nearly every component of this Austin Healey has been replaced or upgraded and the exterior is in excellent condition. Built to accommodate tall drivers this Sprite is capable of being driven comfortably by a 6 ft + / 250 lbs. driver. This is a proven and well set up race car that can easily be mistaken for a show car.
